The location is excellent! Well within walking distance to the local activities, shops and restaurants with beautiful mountain views all around. The hotel staff were welcoming as well as helpful. The room was spacious, clean and cosy. We greatly appreciated the daily room service. The hot tubs on the roof offer a great place to relax after a day on the slopes with beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice accommodations. Bed very comfortable and the restaurant Pacini was excellent. Hotel provided breakfast which was included in our group deal was just okay, often lukewarm or cold. Service staff very friendly and efficient, great.nSki locker location and access wasn't the best. Hooks were upside down in the room?

It’s super walkable and close to public transit too. nRooms are clean, comfy, and modern with thoughtful details and spacious shower rooms.

Our new go-to hotel in Banff. Has all the amenities you want in mountainside lodging - gym, hot tubs, sauna, onsite spa, easy parking. The rooms though small are well appointed and laid out, with ample storage space for gear. It's close to everything in town and the free shuttle buses to the ski mountains. I literally have complaints about this place, well done!

What a beautiful place to stay!nnEverything about this place is super cool. I'm not sure about the other rooms but we had a room which was a beautiful 'room' with a king bed. It was pretty much a 1 bedroom suite... like an actual bedroom, lounge sofa and micro kitchen.nnThe room, like the property had a terrific warm, chalet feel and ours was accesed via a semi enclosed outside atrium kinda entry.nnThe pool is a good size but the highlight would have to be the semi covered outside deck. You go outside on the 5th floor and your greeted by clouds of steam from a large salt water hot tub pool like feature. Easily room for 12 or more people...its massive.nnThe rest of this area has a sunken outdoor firepit deck with sofas, chairs and tables in the round. All this while the cool night air and slight wind that suggests you might be in heaven.nnSo ye, we had a great stay.
