Zumiez

This store is NOT wheelchair accessible. They cram so much stuff into every nook and cranny of this store it makes it impossible to navigate in a wheelchair. Staff is usually more bothered with hitting on the young girls that come into the store rather than helping disabled customers trying to fight their way through the store. That is my experience from more than one visit. They only reason why I go back is because my teen son likes to check out their stock, which often is not carried in his size. So he leaves frustrated and disappointed.

Great quality stuff and for a good price. The staff was nice as well. I always come here before a trip in the winter! Great place

Went into this store looking for socks, the guy who helped me was dirty, with filfthy spots all over him, he dropped the 'F' bomb multiple times. I could have been someones grandma. Just disappointed.

Went in yesterday looking to upgrade my snowboard pants for my trip to Big White this weekend. Renaud was the sales person that day, and let me just tell you he was the bomb. He went above and beyond to help me find some on the Zumies website. He Found a pair of sweet Aperture snow pants, put in the order and Bam they just arrived a half hour ago!!! Couldn't believe it. I was worried that I may not get them for my trip. He was very informative on the products. I also left with a great pair of Von Zipper goggles as well. I usually get really great service when I go to that store. Thanks again for your help.

Have come in twice in last 4 months looking for gift cards here. Each time told, "out of stock, go to Guildford." Staff seem frustrated by management and lack of resources in more than a few areas. This place feels like it's going to shut down soon... What a waste of time.
