I bought a skirt for work a few days ago... realized that it is way too tight and hard to move around in so I went to return it and they told me that they only give store credit. No one told me when I was purchasing the skirt that news. However, had I known, I wouldn't have gotten it as I was in a rush and was questioning that it would work for me. It doesn't make sense that I had to read a sign in order to know that. They should be telling every single customer that. Now I have a little receipt that has my $70 on it.. So disappointed.

Bought a dress for my friends birthday a few days ago and I loved it. The quality of it is great. One of the employees helped me out with sizes and setting up a change room for me.

I was running late and very close to closing time at Coquitlam Mall. I had to find the perfect dress for this big night out for work. I one of those people who avoid store staff when they charge you at the door with all the deals of the day etc, but here i was ever so greatfull for the outstanding service i had. A young man helped me get the dresses i pick in my sizes and even found me some shoes to try on with the dress so i could see the full effect of what i would look like. They didnt rush me at all even when they closed the store they just wanted me to make sure i was happy in the dress i wanted. I just want to say your at the top of my list my far for service.
