The lady with the purple hair, i guess the Manager is supper arrogant and disrespectful. The employee was helping me out doing my shoelaces to try the out a pair of shoes, and this purple head came out of no where and said to that employee "u can't be sitting while working" .... supper unprofessional of a manager!!! If even she want's to warn employees she shouldn't be doing that infront of a customer. Also, when i was in the line to pay she was at the cash and i noticed she never greeted any of the customers. No thanks, no hi no bye only "neeeext?!"

First time writing a review of a place but felt I had to get it out of my system. I've liked this store for years until today when I tried to return a damaged pair of pants I had purchased for Christmas gift but had not noticed a small stain in the corner. The store manager accused me of lying and said we made the stain ourselves even though the pants look otherwise brand new.. she refused to help in anyway even though I had original receipts and tags and bag. Disgusted with the customer service and will not be shopping there anymore and will advice friends to do the same. I'm out $70 on those pants for nothing.
