I really like Cleo. I shop at the store at Coquitlam Centre as well as order online. Online purchases are easily returned at the store. I've bought a lot of clothes for work - pants, blouses, jackets, sweaters, as well as some casual items - tees, shorts, jeans. Also some really nice dresses. The staff at the store are very nice.

very disappointing return policy and very poor costumer service. I lost the receipt but the dress still had the tag on. they could see on their computer that I paid $75 for the dress but insisted on only giving me a $20 gift card for it. booo never coming back. enjoy your extra cash Cleo.

Be careful, they sell worn jackets and they don't refund it because you haven't kept your receipt.
