For a store like Aritzia, I would have expected great customer service from their employees. Clothes are definitely of quality but costumer service not so much at all. Wanted to return a dress I bought not long ago and realise no return or exchange can be done on Black Friday. The return policy was due the day after that but I won't be around to do so. I tried my luck and politely asked the cashier if they would still accept my request and if not it would be okay as i was paying for my new clothes. She did not made any eye contact at all, and rejected my request as if she was annoyed by my request. I understand the terms and conditions set by management but I'd expect customer service to be in top notch and it'd be nice to deny request in a polite manner.
This 5 star is for the sale associate Tiffany in the store. Tiffany was the only one who acknowledged my present, assisted me and checked up on me numerous times to make sure I got what I was looking for. Her customer service was exceptional however, I can’t speak for the other associates working at the time.
This location is a miss on customer service but Tiffany, who has helped me on many occasions, is always a pleasure to work with. She is nice and friendly and she actually approaches you to ask if you need help!! So as much as I want to give Tiffany 5 stars, I had to split the difference bc this location is disappointing for customer service.
My partner and I had the best experience on what seemed to be a bit of a nightmare on shopping day number 2. We came to the Coquitlam Center aritzia where the staff member on hand greeted us at the front door. She quickly figured out what we needed, then went above and beyond to special order a specific pant for an upcoming event. Our interaction with Emma, we believe, was nothing but easy and assuring. We’re glad we ran into her when we did, and can’t believe she did all of this while also answering store phone calls. We’re saying this after visiting many aritizia stores in hopes of finding these pants! Super thankful whether the pants arrive in time or not!
Not satisfied with the customer service. They ordered a $200 vest for me in a size small because they didn’t have it in store at the time. Supposed to be shipped to my house, but it never arrived. Contacted Aritzia and they said they ran out of that size and I have to get a refund. I complained about this issue to the staff and they did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Rude.
The styles here are to die for, its such a lovely brand of apparel. The dresses this season are especially nice, and I love the trousers. The location at Coquitlam centre is nice and large and offer a great selection of their overall inventory. However, the other malls in the city do have a larger inventory. Nevertheless, I like coming to this location and seeing what they have. The one thing I don't get about Aritzia is the way they do "sales". Most of their items on sale are four to five dollars off and because of this small percentage discount, its a final sale. I honestly rather not get the "discount" and have the option to return my purchase. Just saying.
This may be the only store in Coquitlam centre that has really nice quality clothing. I don't know who the designer is but he or she is able to create clothing that fits the female form beautifully! One beef Ive got? Its that they don't really have real sales. I mean they take 4 dollars off of a 300 dollar dress and tell you its non-refundable.
We were impressed with the great service we received. We were greeted as soon as we came inside the store. There was a huge selection of beautiful clothes. The sales person helped us find the right sizes. We did not realize that the mall closed early abd they stayed open late for us and we’re friendly there whole time. We look forward to coming back soon.
Store is beautiful as are staff. Don't going there expecting anything to fit unless you are size negative 4
This location has the best couch ive ever sat on. The cusions are so soft its like i just sat down on a cloud. Every time i sit on it i never want to leave it, my mother doesnt shop here often but when she does im always excited to sit on the couch. My only complaint is that the back of the couch is really hard, but everything else makes up for it. To whoever made the couch, keep making couches this one is amazing.
