Worst customer service ever!!! The manager Saba refused to give me a refund and had an awful attitude. Guess staff are always running after customers to meet their sales goals but they do anything not to do returns. Such a money hungry company. I always bought from Guess but the customer service is getting worst and worst everywhere and I will never buy from them again. Can't wait till they go bankrupt like Bebe :) Pce

Extremely poor customer service experience. I was unable to get an in-store refund for a piece of clothing due to a mistake made by staff there, and then was simply told "we can't help you, you have to call customer service". When I made the purchase, the sales staff were practically fighting over me so they could get the commission, but when I needed actual customer service help they couldn't wait to tell me "no". I had to repeatedly insist that the manager help me before she reluctantly called customer service to look for answers. The best answer she could give me was a 6-8 week wait time for my refund, and she seemed to think this was a great answer. Avoid this store. Staff are poorly trained and even managers have no understanding of what good customer service entails. They will fight over you for sale commission, but if you need real service then you are out of luck.

Great employees and service. Whenever I step in here, I'm immediately greeted by someone asking whether I need help. Whenever I'm carrying too many clothes, they offer to start up a room for me. This is a great branch.

Over priced clothing. Not trendy at all. Staff will ask if they can help you then will never return. I rarely see any customers shopping here. Once good thing is the clothing is organized.

Lol..the comments on here! Guess is a 90's thing...this store is always empty...sorry Guess but you're over priced and poor quality.
