Tip Top Tailors

I always buy my stuff from Tip Top Tailors this time on our visit in Vancouver we decided to get a dress shirt for my father since we're going to a wedding. The lady that helped us was great she knew exactly what she was doing and provided us with all the information we needed. Good job and keep up the good work.

Belts made of cardboard. Genuine leather yeah 2mm thick😂 want quality go else where

The store was empty when I walked in. I was immediately greeted by Herbert who kindly asked what I was looking for. He helped take my size and pick out dress pants, dress shirts, and ties. He was very helpful and allowed me to try on different colours until I was satisfied.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE I was browsing through shirts last week at this place to buy my brother a gift. The female storekeeper came up to me and the first thing she said was, "we don't sell clothes your size". I told her, I was just looking and she just turned around and walked away. Moments later, her manager came out and said, "we don't sell clothes your size, you should go to Mr. Big & Tall". I then replied, "I'm buying a gift for someone but since you are so rude and don't even want me look at your clothes, I won't buy from you" and I left. None of them were smiling when they were talking to me. I felt like it was a personal attack based completely on looks. Yes I'm 6'7" and 280lbs but this is the first time I've been shamed at a clothing store. It's really pathetic that they think that sort of discrimination is okay. Clearly, other reviewers has had bad experiences with the same employees of the store. You've been warned. Personally, I hope they go out of business for such terrible practice. I'd like to add, I've bought from tip top tailors before way back when I had my high school prom but at a different location and that experience was splendid. It's just this store has employees with terrible attitudes and service. TL;DR DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE, THEY HAVE A MANAGER AND EMPLOYEE THAT THINK SHAMING PEOPLE IS OKAY.

Horrible service and a poor attitude from the store manager. (Dino) I was shopping for dress pants for a special event and he made my experience absolutely brutal. I love Tip Top Tailors as a whole, but i would like to make it very well known that the store manager for this specific location made my experience a negative one.
