Employees always greet me when I walk in and inform me of the current promotions. Very nice & make sure I have everything I need for a good shopping experience.

Every time I go into this Garage, I always go out unsatisfied with the customer service. From my experience, the staff never greets you when you enter the store, or inform you of their new promotions and clothing items like they're SUPPOSED to do. I always see them conversing with each other behind the counter and not walking around every now and then to check up on their customers. Ironically after making a purchase, the lady asked if anybody helped me out today. One time I tried on some clothes to see if the sizes that I picked fit me well, so I could buy them later, and one of the ladies gave me a huge glare for not buying the items that I tried on. I've also received a lot of attitude and just plain rudeness from many of the ladies here. The only reason why I would occasionally go to this location is because they'll have something in stock when the Garage at Lougheed doesn't have the item, and when I don't feel like traveling all the way to Metro or downtown. I would definitely would NOT recommend anybody to go to this Garage.
