National Car Rental

My experience was an excellent one. I arrived after an early morning flight and there were a limited number of vehicles available. The staff greeted me and indicated that any and all vehicles currently in the lot were available at the regular rate so that there would be no delays in my day. This was greatly appreciated and I departed in an immaculately clean vehicle. Thank you very much for your professionalism and courtesy.

National car rental is superb. Always friendly and helpful. Always have the right vehicles in any airport, province, state or country. Picking up from the executive line is a breeze! I don't rent from anyone else, whether for business or pleasure. I strongly suggest that you consider their product and rates, you won't be sorry.

The National Car Rental service is usually quite good. This past rental though, the Emerald Isle selection was very very limited. To get a vehicle that would meet the needs of my family, I was forced to do an upgrade (at extra cost to me)... I wasn't looking for anything fancy, but just something a little bigger than a standard car. Other times that I've rented in Calgary and elsewhere, the Emerald Isle provided a good mix of vehicles to choose from that always met my needs, not this time unfortunately. The staff tried to be accommodating given the rules around the Emerald Isle selection. This past rental ended up costing me quite a bit more than the original booking quote (and more than my budget for this trip). A bit disappointing this time :-(

Simple and fast. Walk from the plane, out to the National parking lot, select a car, and head to the gate. It does not get any easier. However, once at the gate they took about 10 minutes to get me through for reasons I have no idea. But I was offered a bottle of water, which was nice, and the people were apologetic for the delay. Return was really fast and really good.

My first experience with National. The service was excellent! It was quick, easy and the staff was super friendly. I won't go anywhere else!!
