Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Customer service was great at front desk. Rep that walked us through the vehicle inspection was good as well. However, the parking garage is not very well lit where the vehicle was parked. Noticed treads on the tires were shallow. Pointed that out to reps and was told that the tires were adequate for current winter conditions. We had the vehicle for a week and it was really dangerous and traction was a constant issue. ESC was obviously engaged but even gently sloped driveways were an issue and we were stuck twice over our trip. Previous experience with enterprise in Vancouver was amazing and I hope this is just a one-off

Quick friendly, customer service. Immediately replaced a car that had a cracked windshield. Service before and after check-in with super specific emails, including directions and other weather related info. Great experience.

I went to Calgary for 10 days and rented a car from Enterprise. The guy at the front desk was awesome, so the rep who showed us the car. I always bought the damage waiver so that went smooth. Besides that we booked a corolla/civic car type, we got the ugliest car in the world (reliable and fuel efficient though- or we could pick any other car in the parking lot for just 15$/day extra - there was some nice trucks there). The car was nice, because it was a 2018, BUT! As I see in other reviews, here is my problem. Guys! You live in Calgary area. You should expect people taking the cars to Banff and Lake Louise and Abraham Lake, why not Jasper. I may have some experience with handling cars in bad conditions, but please! please! equip the cars with WINTER tires! It's dangerous for drivers, passengers and other traffic participants. My tires were some all season-ish and i was sliding all over the place on snowy and icy roads with the traction control ON most of the time (even on 1-2 cm of snow). Other than that, on clean roads the car handles beautiful.

Positive experiences. Efficient and friendly staff at Enterprise. Good customer service. Reasonable rates, up front with no problems. Highly recommend this company, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Enterprise has always been the best of all of the rental companies out there. Enterprise Calgary was up to their normal highest standards. We've used them all, and Enterprise is the only one that never disappoints. Kudos, Enterprise!
