Warning if you are not a plumber you will be ignored. I was in the store twice and might as well have been invisible. This must be the only business that does not accept returns and does not tell a customer this when buying from them. Very surprised when i tried to return items that i didn't need. No response from management about the service issue either. Terrible business.
I just want to say these guys are way above any other for customer service. My wife and I bought a gas hot water tank from them thinking we could put gas instead of electric. When the plumber came it just wasn’t possible to get the venting we needed for gas. They exchanged the unopened box for a new electric tank. Thanks for the great service and for being a decent human being in a word that doesn’t have many. Especially in business.
I recently moved 2 mins away from the Abby location and thought it would be convenient for buying all material here for my general contracting business. After my experience with the brain dead employee with zero problem solving skills this morning I will 100% continue driving to universal supply in langley. as I stood at the counter for 5 mins waiting to make my purchase I could hear this female employee swearing as she stocked shelves. After waiting at the counter for 5 mins she finally approached only to bark at me that the computers were down and couldn’t sell me anything. Didn’t offer me a solution to pay cash or any solution at all, clearly this place does not care about customers. What a joke
What a great place for plumbing supplies. New to the area, and twice now in the past couple months had to pick up a few supplies. The staff could not be more helpful, or friendly. Highly, highly recommend these guys!
Top notch it is really fantastic if you know what you want they have great selection and good prices they can make your HVAC work. This is more for contactors and may be hard if you don't know what you are looking for.

as a first time buyer at Wolseley i was extremely pleased with the expertise and knowledgeable help I got from counter staff here. Not only did the young man there identify the part I needed, but he found one in their old parts box - and gave me it gratis. I will be coming here for plumbing needs in the future rather than HD or Rona. Such excellent treatment is gratifying and unusual.these days.
Great service and great pricing if your a plumber
Always have the plumbing parts I need and if they don't they get them reasonably quick!
