went to go purchase re mesh , went to back yard employee said he does not know as front desk , asked front desk they said ask back yard worker's , told them i did, but they sent me up here , she searched it back telling me they dont have it in stock. even though i called earlier on phone they had many in stock. she finally looked it up in a book, and told me they do have them , another employee came luckily, and told me where they are located. The thing is maybe workers should be trained more on where , and what something is . instead of having to deal with this. no help after outside either for loading, or locating.

This place is awesome. The people here are knowledgable, patient, and always around to help you. I prefer this place to some of the big box stores. Always have what I want and if they do not have it they know how to get it. GREAT STORE to look around in.

Small in space but you can find most things you need. Staff is super helpful and they are always willing to guide you to the right place. Neat and clean.

Very helpful staff, always someone there to answer any questions about DIY projects that you might have going on at your residence or business.

Nov 7, 3:15 Men and ladies working at the back were Awesome, Very helpful. Got everything I needed ...then I reached the female cashier, who was just laughing with customer before me. Face turns red, uses ignorant, sarcastic, valley girl tone, treated me as an inconveinience when I said I didnt need the lock. She refered to me as " you people" while slamming bolts and other items on counter so hard it hurt my ears,treated me like a thief, pointed out cameras and used the snottiest voice ever. Won't come back here to ever put up with her shifty attitude, or calling me "you people" maybe she hates construction female workers who enter in work gear.this was my first time in town, and at this store...also my last. just an ugly person. Like whatever, okayyy.:

Always great deals on tools ! Great staff, moulding centre is always tidy and stacked good deal now and then on the clearance table

Want people who care? Want service with a smile? Want great selection and great prices? Pop by Blackwoods and get all that and more. Easy access, decent parking lot, although it can get very busy. Great selection of building supplies and a clean store that even had patron bathrooms.

I arrived 45 minutes before they opened 6:15 AM. 8 minutes later one of the owners drove in, came directly to my car and asked me what I needed. I told him my basement flooded and I was waiting for them to open to get a sump pump. He told me to come inside and directed me to the isle I needed while he turned on the lights. The tills weren’t open but he found a manual credit card processor I haven’t seen one of these in a decade! and got me going. Thank you to the Conrad’s and Blackwood Home Hardware. You are an asset to the community! I could not have received this kind of service from any of the big box DIY stores. I look forward to being your patron for many years Jeff Wilson

For a smaller store than home Depot I always seem to find what I am looking for. If you can find what you like or want at home Depot then I suggest coming here or just go there first.

They always have exactly what I need. Even when I’m not sure what it us. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. Great prices too.
