Doesn't always have the selection of some of the larger stores, but I've always found the staff, especially in the yard, to be super helpful.

I am disappointed in my home town RONA in removing itself from the sustainable recycling program on the District of Mission website and its inclusiveness through the :My waste: smart phone application. This helped users to dispose of various products at the end of their life cycle as Rona had sold and profited from them. This could help minimize The environmental impact and show commitment to its community while succeeding under the Rona flag. The implementation of the life cycle approach and facilitating a means for citizens to dispose of RONA goods shows good corporate citizenry in keeping with Rona Corporate Policy. Rona need not hide behind it being only a franchise or an affiliate. If it attracts a customer by using A RONA title then it should stand beside the environmental policies that RONA upholds.

Almost never has what I want, when it comes to anything but lumber. It's close to me, but most of the time I end up leaving to head to Home Depot. Unfortunate.

I was very impressed with the good service I received from a lady Sarah at the Mission Branch ,As you walked in the door the cashiers did not even acknowledge you, and they were not even attending to customers . i walked by Customer Service,before I even saw her I just heard GOOD MORNING CAN I HELP YOU,.And she really did help me in a big way,she could have just said sorry a nut wont fit on here,but she said Im going to find something that will work on the Lid for a pot,In the time I have been coming to Rona Sarah is about the only one I can say is friendly and very helpful,Maybe more staff should treat customers like she has,WELL DONE
