The Home Depot

I like shopping at Home Depots usually. Unfortunately our local one always seems short staffed. If you need help you have to run around the aisles trying to find someone. Then at least 1/3 of the time they respond, "I'm not sure. That's not my department," or they guess. At least, they are almost always friendly. However, I have also had a few poor customer service experiences, including one where I overheard the employee grumbling about me. I had simply asked for a price match on carpeting since that's what they advertise. All I got was resistance until I asked to talk to the store mgr. Finally, we bought it from the original flooring store because of better service. I would give it 2.5 * if I could, so I'm being generous.

Home Depot is usually a good hardware store but their new full automatic key cutting machine sucks! I had a simple key cut there and had to bring it back twice to get it re-cut and it still didn’t work. Then I took it to Davey Locksmith and he retraced it with his grinder and now it works. I suggest that Home Depot get rid of that machine and go back to a manual grinder.

always get good service here. prefer going here compared to Rona in mission. its worth the drive.

This Home Depot is a mess, it's a bumble show everytime I go in. The last 4 (now 5) times I visited they had the area I wanted to shop blocked off. It could be morning, afternoon, evening... it's a mess. Funny Lowes is in tje same business and the store is spotless. Come on Home Depot you can do better.

Walked into home Depot and headed to plumbing department. Guy working there was very helpful assisting me find exactly what I needed
