I’ve had the pleasure of making several online orders at KMS in the month of November 2025.nnWhat I can say is the experience has been great. I’m in Ontario, so not exactly close, but KMS utilized UPS and FedEx to deliver my goods in a timely manner. Everything was packed well and no damage to the products.nnI find their website easy to navigate and find things, plus in allot of cases, they have the most competitive price available.nnI wouldn’t hesitate to shop online here. They know what they’re doing and getting your stuff out to you promptly is obviously their objective.nnGreat company to deal with and buy online from.

I ordered the NOCO-GB40 and the NOCO-GBC013 case for it. Both arrived well packed and in excellent condition. Price was the best I could find and shipping was fast across the country. Very happy with my first experience with KMS TOOLS & Equipment. Thank you.

I appreciated the help the guy in the tools department gave me. I was shopping for a holesaw kit and shaft extenders for the kind of work I am doing. He went out of his way to ensure that the extenders would work with the kit I was buying. You do not get that kind of service in a big box store. It saved me a lot of my time.nnKMS pricing is competitive and they are Canadian. I appreciate doing business with them.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. Placing the order was easy with their well-designed website. Free shipping was also a bonus considering I am in Ontario and they shipped me 50 pounds of glue in a 5 gallon pail from BC. I placed the order on Friday, the shipment was delivered on Tuesday morning following the Thanksgiving holiday. Outstanding service. One very happy customer who will continue shopping with KMS for anything my business might require.

I recently ordered some flashlights from KMS. It took a few extra days to receive the entire order, and it was fulfilled with multiple shipments, I presume due to low stock in nearby store locations. The communication on what was happening through all this however was first rate. Everything was well packed and arrived in good order. My one constructive suggestion to KMS would be to try and keep product specifications that are listed on their website up to date with what they actually have. In my case the flashlights listed on the website showed the previous version's specifications. But what shipped was actually the latest version with upgraded specifications. In my case it turned out for the better, but that might not always be the outcome if you are for instance after a very specific product. Overall however I'm still very pleased with my experience with KMS Tools.
