The staff are friendly enough, but very green. I would advise going in knowing exactly what you want/need because you won't get good results trying to pick the brain of any of the employees. The selection is good. They stock tools here that aren't available anywhere else in Abbotsford. Prices are comparable to other brick-and-mortar retail outlets. Their point-of-sale system is a nightmare. Don't expect a simple transaction. I went in to buy some respirator filters (a very small purchase) and the register computer system spat out so much paperwork you would think I was buying a house. The sales experience here is the very definition of mediocre. Not bad, but could be a lot better.

They have a good selection of tools, but man does their customer service suck. I wandered the store for close to 35min trying to get some help and would be passed over without a glance. When I finally did get "help" I got told where in general the item I was looking for would be and had to spend another 15min just looking before coming across what I was searching for.
