Very good customer service, the staff a great here and always are willing to help you out, they are extremely good at repairing all things plastic including installing and anything in between. They have a very large selection of anything you can think of related to plastics, plumbing, filters, tanks, and more. We have been getting our tanks repaired and Barr for quite some time and we are always happy with the results.  For any plastic needs I will always recommend Barr!

Terrible customer service, I called these guys a couple weeks ago to get some support on possibly buying a tank.only person I was able to get through to was the receptionist, who kept forwarding me to someone in sales to talk to. Once transferred to their line, I left messages and kept calling in between hours and a few days later and still haven’t received a call back at all.

Chris Lui was an amazing salesperson who was prompt with all inquiries and responded with detailed answers!

Tim gave us absolutely outstanding customer service. We were in a timing pinch and he accommodated us into his schedule. Could not say more about how nice it was to work with such professionals. Thanks again Tim and everyone at BARR plastics.

I have a plastic sump lid that needs replace, talked to Chris, he help me custom make and I get it in few hours, the service is great and they are good at following up ,

I am really happy with the bulkhead-installed tote that I purchased from Barr. I got in touch with Peter who helped me find the right container and the right bulkhead for my adhesive dispensing requirements.  Peter was very patient, knowledgable and and fast to respond. We really appreciate the customer serivce and attention to detail. Thank you!

I have had many years of good service - Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quite helpful and when I was "That guy" and walked in 10 minutes before closing with a list of stuff I needed, they stayed late to make sure I got everything I needed. Reasonable prices and a great selection of plastic pipe and sheet plastics. If they don't have it in stock, they almost certainly can get it in for you. Highly recommend these people!
