Canadian Tire

This is quite a decent Canadian Tire location. This one had a coffee nespresso station, where someone is giving out free samples made from their product. I also like how they decorate their store for the holiday seasons. Despite how expansive the store is, I could not find what I was looking for, which were fixture light bulbs for my home. I would still check out this Canadian Tire location.

Had my car serviced and am beyond happy with the service. Fortunately for me I had the dream team, David front desk service manager deal with the customer service aspect and Christian mechanic service my mini cooper. I am consistently over paranoid about my car and who works on it - but felt at ease knowing both my car and I were in good hands.nnThe waiting lounge was clean with a large TV, free wifi and several seating options.nnThe bathrooms were accessible and clean.nnMy only complaint is that I did not see a wheel chair accessible button for door acsess on the service department side. I may have missed it, but did not see one - it would have come in handy trying trying get the stroller in and out, however did not effect the services I had done to my car or the quality of customer service recieved.

I had a very disappointing experience at Canadian Tire. The purpose of price matching is to stay competitive, so it shouldn’t matter what price the store gets from its supplier. As a customer, I expect the advertised or competitor price to be honored regardless.nnInstead, I was told they couldn’t match the price because their supplier cost was higher, which defeats the whole point of price matching. It felt like a weak excuse and left a poor impression. Unfortunately, this makes it hard to justify shopping here again.

Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a foot massager, but after trying it, I was not satisfied with the product quality and comfort. When I went to the store to return it, the staff were very rude and unhelpful. Instead of a proper refund, they only provided a gift card that is valid for one year.nnCustomers should be able to test a product properly to know if it works for them, especially for personal comfort items like a foot massager. The customer service and return handling were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend shopping here based on my experience.

Really nice staff! Triangle rewards are so good here! I needed help bringing a large item out and immediately 2 staff volunteered to help even during the height of the bush holiday season! It’s definitely not as large as the one in Chilliwack and there aren’t any guns or as many knives or hunting supplies here, but overall a great spot!
