I had an amazing experience at Winners thanks to Abby! He truly went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail made a huge difference. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Abby absolutely did. He made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Today I visited Winners—there were a lot of choices! I bought some clothes for myself, and the prices were reasonable. Just make sure to check that the items aren’t defective before purchasing.

Today October 25, 2025, around 1 PM, I went to Winners to return a few items. During the return process, the cashier ran into a technical issue and called the manager for assistance. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t take more than a couple of seconds to look at the situation before saying that two of the three items couldn’t be returned because “they’d already been refunded.”nnI explained that I definitely hadn’t returned them, but he simply told me I’d need to go back to the Marshalls on Warden where I originally purchased them and have them sort it out. When I asked if he could at least look into it or call the other store, he said no, just pointed to the screen and repeated that “it says zero, so they’ve been returned,” asked if I wanted store credit and wanted to end the conversation.nnAfter he left, the cashier continued to troubleshoot and eventually figured it out. It turned out that clicking on the item during the process changed its status to “0,” which is why the system looked like it had been returned. The cashier successfully completed my refund, proving that it was fixable.nnI really appreciate the cashier’s effort and patience, but I’m very disappointed in the manager’s lack of diligence or willingness to help. As a manager, he should’ve at least tried to resolve the issue instead of dismissing it immediately. Very poor customer service from management.

Drove from another city to visit this location in search of a particular jewellery brand and received the best customer service from Jolly at the jewellery counter! He went above and beyond to look for these items even outside the display and later located me in another section of the store as he found additional items while unpacking a new shipment. I made several purchases thanks to him and feel grateful for such thoughtful and professional treatment!

Went to this store on my way. Had to go to trial room few times. Came across Barnie who was extremely friendly and specially went above and beyond when my child needed to use the washroom. I had the opportunity to see her in service while waiting. She is natural when it comes to serve customers. I checked some reviews here on difficult customer experience. I would say Barnie stands out. Way to go Barnie
