Reliable Parts

Depends on the guy you get... Went there twice. Once to order a part. There were about 4-5 guys behind the counter working furiously away. They seem to be knowledgeable about parts you need. Getting customers in and out. Nice to see. The guys I dealt with was very accommodating. Went back the second time, dealt with a guy that couldn't seem to care less. Handed me my parts and said" plug them in and get down". Was I given the wrong parts? Not confidence inspiring. Overall I'd go back again, I think they deserve a second chance. UPDATE: Did go back a second time. This guy I got was pleasant and in a good mood. Ill change to 5/5 for the mostly good service.

Cool n indifference feeling of reception help. "Friendly", but a cordial business attitude that imposes a take it or leave it feeling/atmosphere.

I went there many months ago for Panasonics microwave light bulb which I could't find from many places. A counter guy was polite and know exactly what I wanted and got me the one I had been looking for.

Great place to get parts for your appliances. Had the part in stock and they are open on Saturday which is helpful for a do it yourselfer.
