My favorite place to shop! I always find everything I need, and the prices are reasonable and comfortable. This place is very special and different, and deserves all the stars.

My husband purchased a Steve Madden purse for me from Winners for my birthday for $99. I wanted to exchange it because I did not like the color. Unfortunately, we lost the receipt, but the purse still had the Winners ticket and red return tag attached, which I understood were required for returns.nnWhen I went to the store near my home, the associate checked the item in the system and told me the ticket did not match the purse. She mentioned that sometimes an associate may accidentally attach the wrong ticket. However, the system showed the purse price as $34.99, even though we paid $99 for it.nnI then spoke with the manager, and I was told that it “looked like fraud.” Hearing that in front of others made me feel very embarrassed and upset because we genuinely paid full price for this item.nnIf there was a ticketing mistake at the time of purchase, that is not the customer’s fault. I am simply looking for a fair solution, as I should not have to take a loss due to a possible in-store error. I would appreciate clarification and proper assistance in resolving this matter.

My first time going to this one! and it was oknnThe store is located in a good part of town and the area has a lot of stuff you can do.nnthis store was very clean and organized, the variety of items vary from cosmetics, jewelry, bags, suitcases, home and kitchen equipment , pet toys, and ofcourse the majority is clothing.nnthe entrace is not really a big welcome but when you turn to the right the store looks good. This store is rather small compared to other “winners” shops in toronto or other cities but it feels it’s enough.nthe selection of female clothing is very big while the selection of men clothing is rather limited and bland. The clothing options start from socks and gloves and belts all the way to jackets and dresses. The selection of bags and handbags is good and the shoe section is also good considering the size of the store.nnthis is an outlet sort of shop and most items come in single sizes or colors, so beware you might return empty handed. on the other hand the home and kitchen items are very cute and the quality is wonderful and well worth the visit.nthe store does not have any food items except for just a few chocolate bars and festive cookies, however the inclusion of a small fridge with drinks is a good idea as you can grab something to drink while you shop.nni don’t think there was a kids section in this store.nnthe male clothing options were rather disappointing, the quality was mostly ok but often the styles are rather outdated and even if you like something there is a chance the size or color doesn’t match what you need.nnThe prices are good, considering most items are from rather well known brands the discount on the prices makes a big difference. some items are 70 to 90 % off, especially during end of the season sales.nthe brands are often licensed brands but the items are made in south east asian countries but the US brand logos. The prices are reasonable and you will be saving a lot of money if you shop here rather than original stores.nnThe staff were kind and very polite , i will give them points as politeness gives customers a better experience.nnoverall the store is a good location with reasonable prices, i wouldn’t call them cheap , but considering the brands and most of the items quality they are reasonable.

Was in the area and had 3 hours to kill before theater opened. This store meant i was inside away of the cold and they have a lot of stuff to look at. Found a korean body wash that's usually more expensive in asian markets. Tried pants that didn't fit. Usual winners experience. Satisfied.

This is my neighbourhood Winners, so I pop in pretty often and unfortunately, I usually leave empty handed.nThis location is pretty small and the quality of inventory is lacking compared to other Winners/Marshalls. I’m always hoping to find higher end brands not necessarily designer, but name brands, but it’s mostly outlet specific labels.nI would also prefer if they had the mini shopping carts. They would make it easier to maneuver the tight spaces.nAll that being said, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. And the change rooms and washrooms are clean.
