I have been a customer of this location for about 10 years. The service is pretty good. But beware, I am disappointed to see their recent profiteering and participation in Greedflation. I upgraded my service six months ago and they increased the rent by 14% this month. They claim that it's because of inflation of costs, but this is nonsense. The Canadian consumer price index for 2023 was 3.4% down from 6.8% the previous year. Their costs are mainly staff, utilities, and property costs, some of these costs have not changed much in the past year. The change of 14% over 6 months is not justified. Be warned if you join them, once you move in they may dramatically change their rent at will.

An extremely well operated facility. The sign up was done over the phone with a very friendly associate, reserve a unit. When we came in personally to complete the paperwork, the formalities were smooth.nnSmit, the associate who helped us, was very customer friendly. The place well demarcated for today's Covid situation.nnThe unit and all surrounding areas very clean. The entry and exit electronically managed via their security app.nnTruly a 5 star class facility to store your stuff in.nnDefinitely recommended.
