I went there first time for a chef's pan that I can not find anywhere else in Ottawa. As soon as I was in the store, I was greeted and offered help by a friendly staff. She walked me to the shelf and I have exactly what I want. Polite, professional, and fast! There are lots selections in this store and I would love to spend more time for my next visit. The price is reasonable as well. The pan I brought is even lower than the same one on Amazon.

For anyone that loves cooking, this is an amazing store. A huge selection of kitchen utensils and paraphenalia related to the culinary realm. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also a great place to find peculiar gifts for those that enjoy spending time in the kitchen.

They have so much of everything! They have amazing knives, though not a lot of them. All their Staub and Creuset collections are so dreamy. Definitely a place for cooking lovers. If I won the lottery, there's no telling how much I would spend there. They have almost the cooking instruments you can think of. Some of their prices are quite high, and some staff is a little rude. But overall, a very very dreamy place.

The best kitchen shop in the city. Go here if you want to find high-quality, chef-grade kitchen tools, gadgets and small appliances. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help.
