Walmart Ottawa Supercentre

Terrible customer service. I couldn’t find any help, and the staff seemed unaware of basic aspects of their job. On top of that, when I went to pay, half of the self-checkout stations were closed, leading to long waits for customers. Very disappointing experience.

THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Food products are going bad left on the shelf, with open, and damaged products on the shelf. Staff have no loyalty to the company, many empoyees don't even wear uniforms. Shelf stocking staff, ignorantly block isles with social gatherings and unpacked crates. Absolutely zero customer service skills at all. I have been accused of stealing and scamming by management when I tried to make a return damaged products in the past. I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW WALMART DOESNT SHUT THIS LOCATION MANAGER DOWN! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WAL MART IN NORTH AMERICA! Literally, the entire staff should be fired

I had the most terrible shopping experience of my life today. I bought a steriliser for a friend and when I went to checkout, I had to remind the cashier to take out the lock thing on it, who in turn called an employee named Sandeep, she asked me to wait there while she removes the lock and went away. After 10 minutes I asked another employee to check on Sandeep, she said she is coming.nAnother 15 minutes down, no one came. I was already super tired from an 8 hour shift. Finally, went to Customer Service and my steriliser was there the whole time. Like she asked me to wait, but never came back. I waited almost half an hour. Is that how you treat a customer and waste their time?

7:45pm and all the common shelf items are locked up because the pharmacy is closed. Staff says the pharmacy makes their own hours and can't access. Terrible service for customers.

This is the worst Walmart in the lower mainland. Things left to thaw a freeze again. Rotten produce, the lits goes on. Just bought a frozen lasagna and the smell cooking it was so sour that we didn't even finish cooking it before it went straight in the trash. This time im reporting them
