Nice store! Very good customer service! Aisles are clean! Managers are nice! VERY BIG THANKS to Kenneth because he made my day when I went there last week after my long day working at the hospital , Kenneth served me with a big smile, making jokes and making his customers happy. He even helped the old lady to bring her shopping cart upstairs without asking and/or hesitation. Thumbs up Kenneth! Keep it up!

Gigantic disappointment! As we have been anticipating for weeks the sale of Bravo Sauce Dec. 10th, only to find out that they don`t have any and that in many places in Canada they have already sold out deciding to put it on the shelves at an earlier date. I will NEVER step in a Giant Tiger as long as I live! False advertisement does not make shoppers like myself walk in and buy something else. I WALK OUT!

Good price on lots of stuff. But the cashier could be more courteous.

I sometimes shop at Giant tiger..you could get good quality food for half the price.

Find almost everything you need in Ottawa's Byward Market at affordable and reasonable prices--along with those unbeatable weekly flyer deals--personalized by an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The stairs to the downstairs level are just awful though. I always feel I'm going to go for a tumble. What is even MORE awful is the outright and unabashed vulgarity and rudeness of some of this location's customers. I've heard the foulest language out of the mouths of seniors and students alike and don't doubt that some of them would run me over with their shopping carts if I didn't jump out of the way.
