I tried to pick up a U-Haul from capital storage after hours, opened the lock box, and found it empty. No key! I was not able to pick up the U-Haul truck. Go during opening hours as the after hours mobile pick up option is not reliable at this location.

Very professional. The rental person, explained very clearly the conditions, such as, return it clean, and full tank. He keep the atmosphere very positive even though the clients are in a rush. Very friendly too.
