Great experience every time! For this particular experience, I bought a pair of boots that turned out to be defective. Nordstrom exchanged them for me no problem, instead of forcing me to deal with the manufacturer. Great customer service and amazing staff. Thank you!

I had a really good experience at Nordstrom. The tall man with the shoulder length wavy brown hair did a excellent job with trying to help me with what shoes I need. He brought out a few shoes for me to try that he thought I might like. And before I tried them on he would explain the brand and who they were. That was the first time I have ever had that kind of service. He is on a class on his own. He was very knowledgeable. He is a very awesome sales guy and he knows what he is doing. Very polite and cool accent. I was also browsing around the jewelry section. The lady staff with a hijab came to ask me if I needed any help. I said no and she left me alone. There are great people working at Nordstrom.

Had really amazing customer service here today. Bought a bag about a year ago that was starting to tear, agreed to send it in for repairs. As I was leaving I received a phone call saying the manager had a look at the shape of my bag and then decided to give me a brand new one in exchange.

I have never been one to write reviews about locations I’ve shopped at. However I was particularly disappointed with my experience at this Nordstrom location yesterday. A friend and I were looking at bags in the bag section, when we were greeted by two sales associates- a man and a woman- in an incredibly sarcastic and dishonourable way. My friend and I continued to look at the bags and were followed by the two associates, of which had proceeded to jokingly hide behind the stands and shelves, watching us and making loud ignorant comments about us. I was incredibly disturbed by this experience, having come from Calgary where I found the sales associates at the Chinook location to act highly professional and offer proper assistance to costumers like myself. I will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone that they shop at this Nordstrom’s location.

Met friends for drink's and appetizers lunch. Fast friendly service it was cool fall day sunny and they had heaters going so you could enjoy lunch on the patio. Nice touch. Looking forward to going back in the spring to enjoy the patio. Winter in Ottawa is NOT patio weather.
