Two stores in one, what a great idea. From clothing to cook ware and everything in between. Great deals on brand name products. There is lots of parking outside and easy access to the store. You have to check out the store often as there is stuff rotating through the store all the time. Prices are reasonable for the high quality of the offerings.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Winners location during a return. The supervisor named Parveen refused to process my return without providing a clear or respectful explanation.nnWhat made the situation worse was that she started speaking in her own language with the cashier while I was standing there, which made me feel excluded, awkward, and disrespected as a customer. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate in a retail environment.nnI understand that stores have return policies, but customers deserve to be treated with respect and communicated with clearly in a language everyone present can understand.nnThis experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to supervisors on customer service and professionalism.

I usually enjoy shopping at this Winners location and the store itself is well organized, but during my recent visit I was uncomfortable with how one of the supervisors Ajay spoke to and treated the female cashiers. The interactions came across as dismissive and unnecessarily harsh, especially in front of customers.nnRetail work is already stressful, and respectful treatment from supervisors makes a big difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures all staff are treated professionally and respectfully. The cashiers themselves were polite and doing their jobs well.

I was at this Windermere Homesense store yesterday evening December 21 Saturday. The line up for the till was extremely long but I needed to return something. The line moved so fast! Very impressed with the service at the tills! The store was still very well stocked! Thank you to the management for running such a lovely store.

Nice large store with huge variety but allowing animals in there should be a solid no go. I was fine until the checkout line and then two very furry dogs joined me. I started sneezing then had to leave the store quickly cause I had a full blown asthma attack.
