Walmart Supercentre

Had a great experience at this Walmart location. The store was very clean and well organized, and everything was easy to find. The shelves were fully stocked, prices were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Checkout was quick and smooth too. Overall a really positive visit and I’ll definitely be back!

Holy what an experience. I did a click and collect like many times before and tonight was interesting and incredibly frustrating. I injured my knee recently so I couldn't get out and help pack like I normally do, I asked the guy to please pack the stuff in the backseat and the bags were there. I received a phone call at this time that I had been waiting for from the hospital that I had to take, so I wasn't paying attention. The guy finished and I drove off. Well, about a block away I hear clicking and a SMASH. I looked in my backseat and realized the guy didn't pack anything into the bags, he put everything ON TOP OF THE BAGS. Pasta sauce smashed everywhere and my vinegar was leaking all over my seat !!!nnSo if course I contacted support. The guy offered me $5 for the vinegar and pasta sauce and a $5 voucher.....I'll have to pay $150 to get my car detailed now! Im just shocked at the lack of thinking while packing and the lack of support from a billion dollar company! This is completely unacceptable. I have pictures of how everything was thrown into my car and showing the groceries ON TOP OF THE BAGS because I'm dumbfounded. I know I should of paid attention but....does anyone think that someone is going to just throw everything loose in the back of a car ?? And then on top of this, I had to ask a neighbor to help me pack everything up because of my knee.

I had to cross the whole store to get the product, which should be featured by the door, according to our extreme weather in Edmonton. Additionally, the parking lot was not cleared from the snow and ice. I am using handicapped parking stalls and at least these should be properly cleaned, so people with challenges can easily shop.

The store is well-organized, clean, and has plenty of checkout options. Its prime location provides easy access, ample parking, and proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, and other retail stores. Staff are generally helpful, and shopping here is convenient. A great one-stop shop for all your needs!

Ritu is an excellent salesperson who is both professional and attentive. Although she works in the electronics department, she went above and beyond to assist me in finding what I needed in the toy department. Her willingness to help and dedication to customer service truly stood out. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers. Thank you Ritu!
