Winners & HomeSense

I don't go to Winners regularly but it's good to go occasionally and see if there's a good deal on some clothes. This store has always seemed a little disorganized to me and the stock seems to fluctuate a lot.

The cashiers there are extremely rude... I had found a curling iron that was finally the right size I wanted when I stopped in and looked inside the box and the cord was everywhere and the clamp was really discoloured and there were scratches on the side but I really wanted it because I didn't know when this size would be here again. So I went up to the counter and told them about it and showed them that it just looked used and if was possible to get a small discount and they laughed at me and said nice try. I just wanted to pay for what it was worth. Definitely not coming back here again

I have heard about the horrible experience one of your customers had recently. Yelling and laughing at people who are in need of help instead of supporting with customer SERVICE! Shameful! Will never shop at this outlet!
