Warehouse One

I have not been into any Warehouse One for many years. I decided to stop in and there were two girls working. I was hounded as soon as I walked in and multiple times as I shopped. I tried on a few items and then looked for someone to take my unwanted clothes as I came out of the change room, one of the girls looked up at me and then continued doing what she had been, had to put all of my unwanted clothes back myself. While I was shopping both ladies at the till had an argument with a customer because of pour communication skills and a lack of knowledge between the two of them. It made my experience very uncomfortable. Not interested in ever going back to any location. I understand why the store was nearly empty.

I know this will sound like a poor excuse but I shop here because I have a son who is very short and very thin and they are the only store I can find 26x28 pants. I spend an obscene amount of money at the west end location and the customer service here can be discribed in 1 word.... sucks. You never get any help, the girls that work there care more about talking to each other and changing the music and chatting on their phones then helping the customers. As soon as my kid grows a little, I will never go there again. Head office should send someone in to clean house and start with management.

I couldn't even shop. The smell in this place was horrendous.
