I purchased a winter coat here two months ago. The zipper broke so I took it back and was told that without a receipt I could only get a store credit for the lowest sale price -$15. The coat cost more than $200. For a manufacturer's defect, they should be able to stand behind their products better than that.  A winter coat should be able to last at least one winter season, particularly since they emphasize with their branding the durability of their products. I've shopped here for years, but with this poor experience won't ever shop here again. Customer service is definitely not a priority for this company. I feel ripped off.

Staff was helpful in finding the item I had found online and wanted to try before I buy. The prices are a little more expensive but I find Marks stuff is worth the price. Higher quality stuff that lasts longer than other box stores with similar products.
