Had very bad experience. Bought  safety shoes had issues went back to return they said they can't.... customer  service was very rude ....not willing 2 help .... instead of helping they told me to go to Cats  manufacturer... shoppers  pls b careful with they return policy.
Sound  like ripping customers off..

Went to buy winter shoes for work (their selection is super comfy) and when I got to the counter it turned out they were on sale! Got cheap comfy boots. Their sock selection is amazing as well. Usually I have a hard time finding hardy women's socks, but they have the nice winter wool socks with cute details. It's my favorite place to go for shoes and socks.

I visited this store on Saturday and the only way I was able to get service was to go to the checkout counter. The lady at the checkout said they didn't have my size and that I would have to go to Guilford if I wanted to get those shoes. I asked her if she could call Guilford to see if the shoes could be held for me. When she did, they told her they actually didn't have my size. Therefore, I would have driven almost 20 minutes out of my way for nothing. Later when I got home, I decided to check online to see if they had them available. Sure enough, my shoes in my size were available on their website for purchase with free shipping. Why on Earth didn't the store tell me this!? I'm very disappointed in the lack of service.

Followed us around the store the whole time. When we where honestly just trying to buy work clothes. But couldn’t find someone to help us. Naw I rather drive 45 mins to different one and spend my money elsewhere.
