I wish i had an option to give this location 0 stars. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I don’t know whether the cashier EMMA was having a bad day or was just simply racist. She didn’t greet us, neither did she say thank you after completing our transaction. We weren’t even offered a bag and had to carry the items we paid over $150 in our hands. I would recommend you to take your business elsewhere as you won’t be getting any good customer service here. I honestly want someone from HR for this location to contact so that i could share my experience.
Big shout out to Daniel who assisted me on the phone on how to guarantee a pair of snowboard boots I needed in my size. Response time was very quick and staff is very knowledgeable. Thank you
Very well organized items on display and you can easily find what you are looking for if you intend not to seek help from any of their friendly store attendant. The price is fair and was satisfied with my purchase. It has additional discount on top of the selling price making it a good buy. Parking is not a problem and it is free.
Very very bad experience today! Nobody was willing to help at all. One guy said he is busy helping a couple customers, the other one I approached said it should be there otherwise the guy on the floor is willing to help. I was like okay, let’s go home. Seems like nobody on the floor is willing to help. Very very bad customer service today.
Like most sport check's nothing special. Received some bad service when I asked helper for shoes, after waiting 10 min I saw him helping other customers. When he saw me it was like eh... you wanted those shoes right... eh yes... and he eventually went to get them.
I dont know what happen to customer service in canada, staff is so rude and unapologetic..!! Canada was known for its best customer service but it seems like now they jusr come to punch in their hours without providing any service and just go home ..! Even the management is so bad ..!! If they cant handle the store they rather keep more employees,,!! Really bad experience and so disappointed .
Selection of items - very less. Customer service - pathetic.
Customer service is really bad at this location. The two guys working there are very rude and will tell you to keep putting the shoes back on the shelf. I was looking at the shoes and asked for a size, but the guy asked me to put the shoes back on the shelf first. He then just scanned the sticker on the shelf to check if they had the size. He dint scan the shoes but dint let me even check them properly so I could make a choice. The guys don’t seem to be interested to help customers. On the other hand, a girl called Natalie came and helped me get everything I needed shoes, shin guards, socks, shorts for my son. She was great and I think the boys working there can learn a lot from her. 0 stars for the boys and 5 stars for Natalie.
Rude customer service…asked employee if the security tags are off…She said yes…came home to find out security tags are still on…this was before Christmas…while working and Xmas shopping never coming back there!
My experience at Sport Chek On 72 ave in Surrey was terrific. Of all the bike services I have visited Sport Cheks was the best. In particular, Lara, the service manager; she was phenomenal. Her attention to service and customer satisfaction is courteous and professional. I recommend her to all my customer's clients and friends.
