Great big store with a good selection of clothing and housewares. Parking in that plaza tends to be busy when I've gone there. This store is always clean and better organized compared to some others I've visited. Staff is always friendly.

One of the best Homesense stores ever! Always clean, the staff is super helpful and understanding. I literally travel here from Hamilton sometimes. For having such a huge and busy store, the staff do a great job.

We had a terrible experience in this location. My wife and I went to return a watch which we bought for $30 but we only got $10 because we did not have a receipt. Also, as we were returning it we were asked for a drivers license by the cashier. My wife was the one who was returning the watch and did not have a drivers licence because she did not driver. But she had a another piece of government issued Photo ID, which the cashier did not expect because it was not a driver's license. The cashier had to call the manger, then she barely expected the goverment issued Photo ID because it was almost closing.

Although the store has great selection, I was thoroughly disappointed in the staff and their willingness to help. Will visit other locations to avoid long line-ups and unhelpful staff.
