Walked in to buy an electric heating under pad and spent the next 10 minutes haplessly wondering around the section waiting for help. Two female employees strolled over, deeply engaged in personal chatter and totally ignored me. When they broke off, I quietly asked one that walked by rather briskly if she worked here. She paused momentarily, at this point her back already to me... possibly wondering if she should acknowledge that she actually heard me or pretend otherwise?... turned, looked me up and down raised a finger and said, just a minute, before turning on her heels and tearing away to the back. Just an FYI, I did not wait just a minute an left and spent my plus/minus $200 elsewhere... Sleep Country in the same plaza elsewhere to be specific. Now, why would I go back this holiday season? PS, the store was deathly quiet.

we bought the wrong item , we meant to buy a duvet but bought a mattress topper by mistake, we called the store and they said bring it back , we took it back and they were so helpful and one young lady I believe her name was Jan , went out of her way to explain about Duvets , the types and how to care for them etc , we will shop this store again , the whole staff we dealt with were excellent .
