Marshalls

We have had positive experience when we were there for the first time at this Marshall store. They are located in the city of Burlington in the busy area of other retailers. They offer nice gifts with very reasonable prices. They also have many good collections of gift items. For your gift purchases, this would be a great place. We bought some Christmas gifts from this store. I would definitely recommend this place.

I watched as two male teenage employees repeatedly cursed each other in front of a four or five year old girl. When I raised the issue with a shift leader, one of the employees tried to lie right in front of me. These boys need to be reminded to keep themselves professional and keep their personal issues off the work floor. I think some retraining could be helpful with this.nnI will give 2/5 stars because the shift leader listened to me when I told her what had happened. I left it up to her to decide how to deal with it. I will end by noting I have seen people justifiably get fired for a lot less.

I always find good deals and products there. Their clothes are good quality.

Utterly disgusting that they have a unisex change room. Marshall’s is too worried about being inclusive that they don’t understand this allows a greater opportunity for girls to be victimized, especially in an area with no cameras.

Extremely unorganized operation! 20 people in line with only 2 cashiers. Prepare to wait in line for 15 mins. Don’t bother going to shop on your lunch break
