This is more of management review. The store is good and all other employees are helpful. I shop frequently as I live in Oakville and the store is literally two minutes drive. Went in on Saturday to try some shirts. While waiting at the trial room for my turn the employee told me that whoever comes out I can go in and use it. When I got out after trying the manager came over and started yelling at me saying why did you go in we need to sanitize the place after every use. I explained that her employee asked me to go in and I did wait in the first place. Even after explaining this she again told me well next time wait out. Just so you understand Miss. Manager and this is common sense that it’s not my job to sanitize the trail room and you should be informing your staff to be there when people are waiting to try clothes on. After this when I wanted to try another clothing I had to ask the manager if it is okay now to go in or she would scream again. Extremely rude. I guess she is not happy working here.

Mine is more of a review of the company in general. I placed an order online. Had to return it and customer care was fantastic. Easy process. Having said that, I have shopped many times at this location and always found it to be a positive experience.
the manager literally has the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. the first time i came to this store i was the only one shopping and in there for 20mins before i had to approach her for a change room, she still didn’t even say a word to me! i had 0 help whatsoever the entire time, and when i went to cash out i asked if there was a manager in by chance and when she said she was, i was shocked and actually informed her she had terrible customer service, her response being “oh”. i would usually never frequent a location where i experienced such poor service again, but i went in again today as i needed some cheap outfits, yet again no awknowledgment from staff - although the employee that was also in today was friendly when i asked her for a room. when i went up to the cash to pay, the manager was sitting at the computer, looked at me and looked back down - i went over to her till and she didn’t look up and then called the other employee over to cash me out - on the computer she was just on...lol, i have no words for mgmt that can’t take 2 seconds to complete an additional task, let alone not even acknowledge customers. what a disgrace. it shouldn’t matter if you work at a discount store or a luxury store if you are in customer service you should have at very least some customer service / people skills.
The first thing that attracted me to this store was the amount of sales they had! Literally 50% signs everywhere and 10$ pricings everwhere too. They also have fan clothing for example I saw shirts of Selena Gomez. Their sweatpants seem very comfy for an affordable price.
Good clothes, affordable prices even better when they have flash sale. I love that I can buy clothes for my kids while shopping for myself.
AMAZING service! Cleanest, most organized bluenotes I've ever been in, and the people were even better! Always come here for good deals and a friendly face.
Fast fashion unfortunately, but likely the best prices for such items.
Clean neat organized...however only one person to serve ...and with a huge store more than one person in the store makes for waiting at least 10- 20 mins to get assistance.
