The customer service at this Dynamite location is horrendous. I was going to buy a pair of pants that had a huge run in them. The pants were labeled at $12, and I figured it was because of the defect. I went to cash out and while downloading the new loyalty app, the employee (Emma) decided to take the sale sticker off the tag and charge me full price for them, even though I knew full well that they had a sale sticker on them. When I confronted her about it, she acted oblivious saying there was never a sale sticker on them. A few minutes later when I asked her about it again, she admitted to taking the sale sticker off. She was trying to sell me a defective pair of pants for full price even though they were marked down previously because of the defect. I've never experienced such bad customer service...it was truly unacceptable and no one deserves to be treated that way.
