So happy to have our Volvo! We waited several months for our fully electric XC40 and could not be more pleased. Terry was incredibly helpful throughout, with prompt replies to emails and phone calls, and updates at every stage. John in sales is a pleasure to work with. I appreciate his knowledge of plug-in hybrids, and his willingness to teach me how to own and operate one. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls, and promptly answered all of my questions. The parts dept staff are friendly and helpful, and made it seamless to buy and install snow tires. I appreciated that they were installed and ready to go when I picked up my new vehicle today.

We were uncertain which brand of vehicle we wanted to go with but with his expertise he went through every feature with us and made sure we purchased a vehicle that suited our families needs. He went through adjusting every feature with us before we left the lot with the car, he even contacted us a week later to check in on how we were feeling about the car and sent us instructions on how to program certain things all after purchasing.
