Raja Ramasubramanian, one of the Service Advisor from BMW Oakville branch went Above and Beyond in assisting us in our Tire and Rims Protection plan. He explained thoroughly what needs to be done and he never failed to communicate and took care of all service requirements for our vehicle. He even call us back to follow up the next day to make sure everything is all good with our new tires. He definitely exceeded our expectations!! I will surely comeback and look for Raja in our next service maintenance.
Fantastic service here - they saved the day when i needed some emergency help and got me on my way in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
