The store has some amazing items, but unfortunately, the manager a woman was not very pleasant. We asked if a discount could be given on a plant that was in poor condition, and her response was unexpectedly unfriendly. Her attitude alone made us decide not to purchase it. You'd think someone managing a store would greet customers with a smile and treat them with basic respect. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience. I wonder how many more sales this store looses simply by the managers attitude. Please get better.

I recently visited Home Sense to check out some furniture. Home Sense is centrally located in Burlington Mall. It is well stocked with many wonderful everyday products that people need. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive. Always a positive experience, and highly recommended. Andrew

So many seasonal stuff. And organized well. It was easy to find it and easy to shopping too. I love it!

me and my mum go to home sense or winners any time we’re sad to cheer us up - and we were looking for a dutch oven or roasting pan as a bridal shower gift. They had none so we found a few other bits and bobs and decided we would get a gift card as well for the bride to be. It wasn’t overly busy so line was quick. We were at the checkout closest the the end of the line, a blondeish greying lady with curly hair cashed us out. she was so unbelievably rude to my elderly mother, I’ve never seen her frazzled before but this lady reprimanded her for every action she made. she got mad at us for wanting to use a gift card we already had on the items we were purchasing because it meant she would have to do the gift card we were purchasing would have to be a separate purchase. she was mad when my mum asked if they had any non father’s day themed gift cards. she was mad when my mum asked for help swiping the gift card. will never be back to this location - you can be mean to me all you want, but never my lovely mum!! I hope that cashier has the day she deserves.

This is my favorite HomeSense in Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton, combined.nnThey always have nice decorations, home furniture, bathroom and kitchen accessories, etc. When you come here before Christmas around November, or Valentine’s Day, Easter, Summer, Halloween or any other occasion, you can always find something beautiful to buy. Even if you’re not shopping for an occasion, there’s always something beautiful that catches your eyes. It’s even good for window shopping or just browsing.
