I have worked as a contractor for over 25 years for willow Green I have seen many ups and down falls of this park, in the past year with Jenny I have seen a 100% turn around of how this park looks she has truly looked out for the community to make it a better place to call home. I look forward to working there always been treated with respect ,understanding , it's truly hard to always please everyone I feel the whole staff there only want the best for everyone living there. Sometimes we need to be patient and understand there doing the best they can right now.
Willow green is amazing. The staff is phenomenal and taking care of the park and issues that come up. Most of the issues are tenants not wanting to watch their kids properly and want to blame the community staff. Jenny has and is doing a great job at turning this community into a wonderful place to be. Thank you Jenny and staff for all your hard work.
Willow Green is a community on the move!! I’ve been here 10 years + / - a few months!! Since Jenny has become manager, she has faced multiple challenges i.e. people from neighboring communities coming in to destroy our community, tenants calling her in the middle of the night for security reasons, bad lighting, poor roads, tenants allowing their children to destroy brand new playground equipment purchased by the owners of the community on MULTIPLE occasions…..the list could go on and on…..all inherited problems. Jenny has responded with grace to each situation. She has found a way to make good things happen in a bad time. She has pulled together a team of wonderful employees who I see working hard, every day, to make this community safe for us all, despite her own struggles. DO NOT allow the self-centered sense of entitlement of a few influence decisions on where you live. Willow Green is full of caring people, from management to community, who are willing to work together and continue to make it grow and thrive. It is an economically sound decision to move here and have a home of your own if you don’t want to live in an apartment anymore. The hardest thing asked of you, as it is anyone else, is just follow the rules, and be patient and a part of the solution. Not the problem.
If I could I couldn't even begin to imagine how stressful it is for the residents of this park. My daughter lives here and she has had to deal with non stop nonsense. To begin with, the pot holes all over this park are a joke. It seems like they get bigger each day and all management does it post "we're working on it" with no results. These pot holes are HUGE and damaging to resident vehicles! Maintenance is also a huge joke. They have to come out several times to fix a single issue and then it doesn't even end up being fixed! There are several safety hazards in my daughters home that have been "addressed" yet not corrected and and it's been a month. Willow Green needs to get some effective management and get their stuff together! If I could give zero stars I would!
I enjoy having a manager in the park that’s professional and does not steal from the company and not get us anything at all. She has already been doing so much good for the entire community and our children. We are getting new street lights as well as getting the roads done as soon as she is able to. Jen has been amazing to my family.
Willow Green has actually done alot of work since Jenny has started her job here. I understand wanting things done and done NOW. But give them the respect they deserve for all they have done. new lights. Cameras. New play ground. Be thankful for their hard work
My mom and her wife live here. When they moved in this place was run down and horrible. Over the last year and a half this place has made such a difference. The manager is doing great and making this place such a better one. I wish I could get a place in here and be apart of this growing community. Keep up the good work willow green staff you are doing awesome
I am appalled at this park and their management. The roads are horrendous, maintenance will come out but doesn't actually fix anything, They nickel and dime you for every cent they can get out of you. Recently the got a new trash service and the cans that were delivered were used and never even rinsed out. They smelled like death! DO NOT RENT HER!!!
Incredibly rude staff, workers that don't work, HORRIBLE roads and quality of homes. They nickle and dime you for everything here, if they can find a way to make something your fault and charge you for it, they will. Everybody looking for a new place to call home: AVOID WILLOW GREEN AT ALL COSTS! You can find some place else that is much more deserving of your money.
There has been a tremendous amount of work done in this Community between management, maintenance crew, and the residents themselves! It's a work in progress and continues to get better every day. The new manager Jenny is like a breath of fresh air! Very excited for the future of this Community!
