Clean hotel, good for the value. The pool was pretty small but works. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast because it ended at 9am. When we went down at 10 til 9 all the hot foods were gone . They did have good coffee.Rooms: 5/5

Nice hampton inn. Large parking lot with good lighting. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Pool is under construction. They stop serving breakfast at 9am on the weekend, not 10 like a lot of hotels do. Pretty close to the interstate and fuel. Red lobster next door. Short drive to other restaurants. The Hampton Inn name comes with a certain quality the one expects from a hotel. This location in Monroe did not disappoint. Located conveniently right off I75 it was very easy to find. Many close dining options are available from sit down to fast food. The check in process was smooth sailing. The room was clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was hot and tasty. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms: The room was quiet and very clean. The bed was cozy and I slept great. The TV was yout standard hotel flat screen which worked well. I was able to hook up a roku stick and watch some movies. Inside the room was a refrigerator and a microwave. I had no problems with this room and I would stay here again. Safety: With Monroe being a relatively safe location I was not worried about my safety at this location. I was able to park my vehicle where I could look at it from outside my window. When I woke up my vehicle was untouched. I was nit worried about anyone taking my belongings from the room when I was not in it. I would recommend this hotel.

Booked this hotel through a well known on-line travel service and prepaid for two nights. The day after checking out the Hampton Inn charged me for the stay as well. When I called them to tell them I already paid, the lady in reservations acknowledged my credit card was on file for incidentals only; but said they did not get paid by the travel agent so her manager charged my card for all. I told her that not only was this poor customer service practice, but possibly illegal. I said that Hampton Inn's dispute is with the travel agent and not me. So because the manager does not want to put forth effort to get paid the correct way, the manager chooses to make the customer pay twice and then do all the work to get their money back. Now I am left contacting the travel agent who by-the-way said Hampton Inn would not pick up the phone for them, as well as my credit card. I may take legal action. I have also left a poor review with the BBB. YOU SHOULD NOT BE USING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO SETTLE YOUR DISPUTES WITH YOUR SUPPLIERS!

Fair price, great staff, right up on highway exit and rooms have smaller size tv, older microwaves. Other than there are no issues. Clean bedsheets, washrooms and lobby. Ample parking space.

The room was adequate, but only had three pillows. Street checking out we got a call that we are being charged for a pillow that went missing. I tried to talk to the manager and he told me it was impossible and not fair then promptly hung up on me. I've never seen a pillow scam before, but they got me this time. I won't be returning.Rooms: 1/5

This is more like a motel 6 or a rodeway inn. Nothing Hampton about it. Old building, old furniture, old cheap worn pillows, most of the tv channels do not come in due to a satellite error. Not worth the price or the stay.

Hotel was fine. Pillows horribly flat. But the pool was closed down and had been for a month, yet that wasn’t listed on website or Travelocity. Rooms: Pillows were terrible.

Do not stop here for Tesla Supercharger if your not a guest. 15$ charge for super slow charger. 7kW 15miles charge in over an hour. Yes my fault but I wouldn't have drove here if it wouldn't have been advertised as a supercharger.

What a ripoff! Next day I noticed an extra $75 charge on my card, and when I called to ask why, they claimed it was for damages. We didn't damage a thing! Thieves!
