We love it here! The MOST helpful and professional office staff, and the maintenance guys are awesome. Our new home is beautiful, and Autumn in the office was able to help us with everything from start to finish-and even a few extras! The park is nice, clean, quiet, and updated. I cannot rave enough about our experience!
I recently purchased a home in Kimberly Estates and worked with Autumn. She was very very patient with me and made sure everything needed for the home was completed and safe. I had a very seamless transition from another park to this one! Can say myself and my kids are happy so far. Thank you Autumn!!!
Just wanted to say the people they have working here absolutely amazing. The maintenance men unbelievably amazing. Super nice my son's non verbal and Steven has a special hand shake with him and Everytime they fix something they do it so many times. Him and Mel did amazing job they actually listen and try to fix everything they can right away! And the lady's in the office Autumn and Jenn both amazing always happy always kind I've lived here for a couple years and this is the best staff I've seen!
I've lived here almost 5 years now and the staff now is amazing Autmn is doing an absolutely amazing job and anything that needs to be done she addresses immediately. She keeps the community informed on everything going on in the park. Thank you Autumn for all you do !!!!
Happy with our choice to live here. Community is clean, office staff is friendly, and maintenance guys are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a safe place for kids and families.
Not a bad mobile home park, they have definitely added a few things their like a pool, more and updated trailers, a new park by the pool/club house. But I can say their rent is way to high for what you are getting!
Very clean well planned community. Homes are mostly newer double wide models. I did not see any older run down units. I observed one unit that was being demolished. I was told it was an older unit that could no longer be safely Transported. I am handicapped and in a wheel chair. I was able to transfer into my host's home. However, we were unable to bring my wheelchair up the short staircase and into her unit. Fortunately, the community maintenance technician saw us struggling with the wheel chair. He stopped and brought my chair into the unit. Great man, Great help, Thank You
We love loving here. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is quick to address any issues. We will live here many years to come.
Good place to live - main complaint is that you can’t park on the street as they recently started cracking down on it. You probably don’t want to park on the street though- my car got hit when it was.
The mix of new and old dates homes is crazy to me. However, the new homes are amazing!!
