Kathleen did a great job. The other gentelman was consistently rude. Consistently being disrespectful. It was as if he was making fun of myself and my friend for asking for the services the office provides. Props to him for not raising his voice while doing it I guess.
I give Monroe County Park one star. My wife and I went to register our dog for the dog park at Greece Canal Park. We were not able to register the dog because there was no one at the park office. There was suppose to be an open registration for the dog park today 10/26 from 1pm to 3pm. They should not have it posted on the website if they did not have any staff at Greece Canal Park.
Why a fee? I pay license fees. I pay vet fees. I pay park taxes. Why is there another park fee? Why is the website broken? Why is there 1 park for a million people? Will there soon be a "walking fee" for people to walk on the sidewalks in Monroe County?
I went to get the dog park permit today and the gentleman that was working was very professional and very helpful, great customer service
