Amazing fun time! Sites are primitive only but such an amazing hidden gem. Was a fun date weekend with just the hubs and I - we took their half day canoeing and a camping spot and enjoyed all of it. They have bathrooms. No showers though. But for a weekend it was good. Brought shower wipes there was a volley ball net. A huge grass area. A small playground. A picnic area. They rent canoes and kayaks either by the hour or half and day drop offs. They allow one dog per site. Great for kids too. If you have more than 4 people I'd suggest 2 sites next to each other

Great family-owned business since 1983. Everyone was friendly and they have a great place along the river to just picnic and relax while waiting for your trip. We arrived as the first 10am group was boarding to leave. They have the option of taking a 7-hour full day trip or the 3.5-hour half day trip where they load your canoe/kayak and drop you up river. Alternatively, you can rent by the hour and paddle up or down river from the livery. Prices are reasonable, equipment well-maintained, and the river itself is peaceful, clean, woodsy.

I've been visiting for years now. Very nice family, excellent canoes and kayaks, comfortable river pace. Great views, lots of wildlife if you're quite even bald eagles An excellent adventure right there in Dundee Michigan. Super fishing too.

My 2 daughters took me for my 1st kayaking trip & I loved it! You accommodated me by letting me use 2 cushions, my daughters did ALL the work we were in a tandem and I just relaxed & enjoyed! I definitely recommend this company!

Very friendly family staff. Very knowledgeable about the river and concerned for everyone's safety. Kayaks are well maintained. Has a beautiful landing area with a pavilion that you can have lunch/dinner at before or after your trip. Did the half day trip and enjoyed it very much. River was high at the time of my trip and the current was still slow. Had a couple beginner teen kayakers and was confident they could manage the river even with it being high and possibility of running into trees. Staff would also hold your keys sitting your trip in the office. Would recommend this place highly and look forward to camping next time.

Probably the nicest, most family-friendly canoe livery I've ever been to, and that's saying something! Beautiful, peaceful river. Easy paddle. Great for first-timers. We may go back tomorrow!

I always have a great experience with River Raisin Canoe Livery. They have a wonderful & knowledgeable staff, always have a kayak that's perfect for me, and beautiful & convenient river access. I've been going there regularly over several seasons, and have always had a great time.

I took a group of kids here and they had a Blast! They have outdoors bathrooms that are very clean and the staff is really friendly! The area is very clean and well kept up. The only bad thing is cell phone service is horrible but why do you need to have service if you want to be one with nature? That's just my opinion.

Clean canoes, awesome staff!!! Second time going to this place now planning to do family reunion here. Had so much fun even better second time!!
