My parents moved here 11 years ago, it was a great place to live then. Now it’s a complete joke. They can’t keep anyone in the office and the ones they do get are absolutely terrible. They have ZERO compassion towards the elderly residents and it seems they go above and beyond to harass these residents. There is a feral cat issue due to residents abandoning these cats and now the office is trapping them and from what I gather just dumping them in random places which is not the correct way to handle it. These are not the type of people that should be running this community.
This place has gone down hill and now it is scraping the bottom. There is always someone new in the office and now the latest person Kathy seems to only be causing more trouble. The clubhouse can not be used during the day because it disrupts them doing business. It is nice to know the community is a a problem to them. Kathy will lie, put words in people's mouths and apply rules only to people she wants to. They keep raising rent, but do not add anything to the community. If anything more gets taken away. Any repairs they do are done the cheapest way possible so it looks horrible and doesn't last. More and more people are moving out and those who aren't normally talk about how they want to. Do NOT move here.
I have lived here 16 years. Someone suggested it to me and although I never thought I would live in a manufactured home, decided to check it out as it was recommend by a fellow teacher at the local community college. It has been a great experience, particularly the park maintenance.
WHATEVER YALL DO. DO NOT MOVE HERE..!!! Sue the “manager” is awful everyone I’ve spoke to about her hates her. Neighbors.. The tan pool lady gives my daughter dirty looks makes her feel uncomfortable… they made me take down my “pool” Was a float went w the pics of it .. got a violation for that. Even tho I gave it right tf back to them the lady who runs the desk too.. likes to run her mouth too.. so when I gave the violation back they had the nerve to call me a HOUR later to take down my basketball hoop. I have an autistic daughter n that’s the only thing I could literally get her out to do outside! Oh and another good one.. Sue the manager told me when you complain to headquarters it goes past her too… EVERYONE WANTS THESE LADIES GONE!

Lived here for 5 years and was very happy with my experience! It's a very quiet, well upkept community! I loved the pool and being able to rent the community center for family events without breaking the bank! Highly recommend!
Best community in Monroe. Staff are all amazing and helpful. Clean community. Tho some people are messy at times., but usually doesn't last long, management must keep on it.
Been living here form a little bit more than one year, and is a pretty quiet place, neighbors don't tend to bother you and are pretty friendly, the community has a club house and great management staff, super attentive whenever you have an issue, also they renewed the playground for the kids and we have a communal pool. This place is pet friendly.
550 bucks a month for crumbling sidewalks and snowplows that plow in a fashion that blocks your driveway with mounds of snow. They can't take care of their grounds and then put a notice on your door to mow your grass or move your garbage can. What a joke. I'm so glad we moved.
I've lived here for three years and feel like we have a quiet and respectful community. Management is generally easy to deal with and responsive. If you're looking for a manufactured home in the Monroe area, then I believe this would be the best community to look into.
