Un professional, rude, overly strict even if u own they try to tell u how to treat your home they forget u rent the lot not the home , shady water practicing. Raise rent every year your there.and give very little notice and time to address issues.they don't allow motor cycles and management don't follow rules them self Very nosey neighbors yes it's cheap but spend the money where your respected. When I get the chance I will be gut and scrap home when I move so one less sap has to deal with it Renee should sell no business working with public neither does her mangers

I got charged 57.00 late fee because the due date was on a Saturday on labor day weekend. An I paid it on the weekend. ‍ but you still charging late fee cause your workers grabbed it on a Tuesdays. Your office ain't even open you have to go to some random trailer instead. Plz make this make sense

Management is very unprofessional. "Who come over to someone house yelling an threatening or screams at people when walking¿" Imma a quiet person. An I believe if management has a problem. Send me a letter. Don't start trying to argue with me while with my family. Oh drain are clogged. Have to park anywhere cause my street floods horrible for the last year. Management won't give Corp. Number.

It's a small mobile home park. It doesn't have a park for children that I saw. Not much yard. Mobile homes too close together. Rent is like $380 to $480 or so. Affordable for sum. Retirement years I would say

it was so bad that i want to rate it a 0 but that’s not possible so i give you a one.

Nice little trailer park across from Meijer on Telegraph Road it's been there a long time it's clean
