I've been here 2 yrs. Management changed and new manager has no people skills. They do keep it clean and they expect you to keep things clean..grass kept up, weeds pulled. I live in a good spot and love my neighbors. We all help each other out. However my rent has gone up twice and the garbage went up by $10 when the made us get their cans and there have been problems with Stevens refuse. There are problems here and some rif raf living in here but overall it's not bad. I've been through some dumps and they keep this clean
Oakridge is a nice place to live and has been for a bit, but park management is nothing short of a steaming hot pile of garbage. I personally would advice against moving here, unless you want to deal with nonsense from the owners.
Too many reasons for the one star and not enough time in a day to list! Moving here was the biggest mistake I ever made ! Pictures below are of "contractors " the park hired to do roofing on the home nextdoor. If my home looked like this you better believe I would have a letter on my door within two minutes
Great place too live! I enjoy living here and working at the pool.the Community office Mary,Stella and Carol are always there to help you if they can.Its one of the cleanest Manufacturing parks in Monroe I recommend living here great place raise your family! Stop by and check Us out.
Horrible rotten people that live here. You do not want to move in here ever. People move in and out like a truckstop. They raise the rent every year and the people that live around you are horrible negative and gossip
Recently had my previous rental sold out from under me giving me and my kids 30 days to find a place to live in the middle of winter. Mendy in sales not only helped me find the perfect home for us but she did it with such care and urgency that we closed in under 30 days with a GREAT deal might I add. It's not often you find a quiet mobile home park this large with clean play areas for kids AND a back yard!! The ladies in the office are also very kind and happy to answer any questions I have. So thankful to have found our lil slice of happy here at Oakridge Estates
Please don't deal with this place, my mother lived here for years and passed away my sister had to sell mobile home couldn't afford to stay here and they told her they would give her 25,000 for mobile home and then went back on the agreement and made her sign a new one for alot less and then told her she won't get a check for 3 weeks so they can get more rent money. What a terrible thing to do to someone and to be so dishonest.
It's amazing, friendly neighbors amazing maintenance reasonable lot rent. Only complaint is there are a few kids that think it's ok to steal everyone's bike even if its chained up. I had to get an additional kick on my shed so they stop helping themselves. that's isolated and should not be taken into account if looking to move here.
I lived here for almost 2 years. I've called for maintenance so many times in the we 2 years they showed up to my house to verify that my dishwasher was broken. Btw this was before christmas. maintenance is a joke. The office people aren't any better either. Half my stuff in my house is broken. I'm month to month now. So I hope they don't try to charge for all the broken stuff
The maintenance guy, Matt is awesome! There’s good and bad of living here like anywhere, but his level of service and friendliness is what makes it pleasant to stay here! That’s what you need in a maintenance/engineer. I hope you pay him well because many places need someone like him! : I’ve had experiences here with maintenance people who were less than and I almost moved out after my lease was up. Please commend Matt for a great job!
